Ludlum Model 44-169-4 

Ludlum Part no. 47-3647 / Model 44-169-4

This is a 0.5in x.0.5in x 24in Plastic scintillator in an aluminum housing (as opposed to the usual black plastic and tape) mounted in a PVC case used for portal monitoring. Note the pin connector. There is a standard C connector inside but that one is designed to be waterproof for outside use. These can be paired with Ludlum portal monitor meters, or standard meters if housed indoors. We have meters that can be used with these to create a low cost radiation monitoring portal (access point).
